Adele J. Moskal, 94, died Tuesday in Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke and lived there most of her life. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Cross Church and was active in Neighbors Helping Neighbors. Adele was active in the South Hadley Senior Center and the Senior Center newsletter. She was predeceased by her first husband John Cupka, her second husband Frank Moskal and her son Steven Cupka. She leaves her daughter Nancy L. Moskal and her husband Ronald of South Hadley, two sons John Cupka and his wife Donna of Glastonbury, CT and Jeffrey Cupka and his wife Karen of Wilbraham, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to the graveside service on Saturday February 6 ^th at 10:30 am in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery in South Hadley.
