Albert P. DeRosier Jr., 66, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday February 3, 2024. Albert was born in Holyoke, son of the late Nellie (Wilson) and Albert DeRosier Sr. He worked as a machine operator before retiring and raised his family in South Hadley.  Albert was an avid Washington Redskins fan. He leaves behind his loving wife, Sheila DeRosier, of South Hadley, his son, Albert DeRosier of South Hadley, two granddaughters, Alexus DeRosier of Longmeadow and Katelyn Vieu of Holyoke, and six siblings: Gloria Taylor of Morganton, NC, Stella King of Holyoke, Audrey DeRosier of Holyoke, Martin DeRosier of Holyoke, David DeRosier of Morganton, NC, and Laura Mazur of Wilbraham. He is predeceased by his sister Linda Vieu. Calling hours will be held for Albert at O'Brien Family Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St. South Hadley, MA on Thursday Feb. 8th from 4 – 6 pm.
