Albert N. Kingsbury, 92, died Saturday January 6th at the Elaine Center in Hadley surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Springfield, son of the late Fred and Freda (Bliss) Kingsbury. Al lived most of his life in Windsor Locks, CT and Somers, CT before moving to Hadley, MA. He served 40 years in the US Army and was an active member of the Somers Congregational Church. He leaves his wife MaryAnn (Skowronek) Kingsbury of Hadley, a daughter Brigitte Leeman of Wales, MA, her husband Jay Leeman and a grandson Cody J. Leeman.  He also leaves a sister Nancy Paquette of Port Orchard Washington, and her daughter also named Nancy Frank also of Port Orchard Washington.  Also nieces and nephews in Connecticut.

A Celebration of Al's life will be held at the Elaine Center, 20 North Maple St., Hadley, MA at 2:00 pm on Thursday January 11th. Burial with Military Honors at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery will take place at a later date. The O'Brien Family Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
