South Hadley – Arlene P. (Cleary) Wildman, 91, died Saturday May 23 ^rd in a local nursing home.  Arlene was born in Holyoke and lived her entire life in South Hadley. She was the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Blanchard) Cleary.  She was predeceased by her husband David Wildman in 1993 and was very proud of the home they built together.  Her son, David Jr., aka Buddy, died in 2004.  He was a graduate of M.I.T. and became a physicist at Fermilab.    She leaves her dear friend Charlene Schmitter as well as many nieces and nephews.  A private graveside service was held in Evergreen Cemetery and the Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.  For online condolences please visit curranobrien.com.
