Obituary

Beverly Ann Stalmann (87) passed peacefully in her home on her son Chuck's 20th anniversary with her daughters by her side.

Beverly was born on August 14, 1937 to Sarah and Floyd LaMondia.  She attended Springfield schools with her brothers Buster, Junior and Jack (all predeceased) and her sister Janice (FL) before moving to South Hadley to start her own family.

Beverly retired from Fountain Plating to take care of her son Chuck.

Though she was most proud of her family, Beverly was an accomplished sewer, knitter, cake decorator and gardener.  She had an open door policy for family, friends and friends who became family; be it for a cup of coffee or a room to stay for a while.

Beverly will be forever missed by many but most especially her daughters Deb Phelan (James), Donna McGhee (William) and her grandchildren Michael Phelan, Owen Rhicard, Tyler Phelan (Emily) and Dana Walkowicz (Matthew) as well as her two great grandchildren Orla Walkowicz and Dean Phelan.  And her cat Honey.

Services will be private, as requested by our mom.  Special thanks to Stephanie, Janet and Tammy for helping take care of and for loving our mom.

Thanks to JGS Lifecare Hospice, Western Mass Elder Care and the South Hadley Fire Dept for your support and helping us keep mom at home as she wished.

If you would like to honor Beverly, please consider a donation to Furever Home For Felines. Org or any other charity of your choice.
