Carol Wall, daughter of the late James and Agnes Braman, passed away on September 27, 2021 after a brief illness. She attended South Hadley schools and worked at Mt. Tom Box and Commonwealth Packaging before retiring. Carol was predeceased by her husband Ed Wall and first husband Ernest Thompson and brother James Braman. Carol will be deeply missed by her daughter Kathleen Thompson Frey and her partner Don Devine, by her grandson Christopher Frey and her sister Patricia Braman Sicard and her husband Kenneth Sicard. Carol is also survived by her nieces Donna and Rachel Bradford and cousin Pat Wormer, all of South Carolina. Carol loved to play cribbage and regularly attended the South Hadley Senior Center. Additionally, she was an avid reader and enjoyed completing the daily newspaper crossword puzzle. She liked to cook and garden, and Carol found great joy from working on her "little house" that she and her husband Ed worked together to restore. There will be a private service for the family and donations may be made in Carol's name to the charity of one's choice. Carol will be remembered at the 11 am Mass this Sunday October 3rd at St. Patrick's Church in South Hadley. The O'Brien Family Funeral Home in South Hadley has been entrusted with the arrangements.
