On Wednesday evening, December 10th, David Komorowski passed peacefully at home, surrounded by loved ones, after a long term battle with early-onset Alzheimer's. David was born on May 17th, 1963 in South Hadley. He was best known by his friends and family for his sense of humor, kindhearted nature, and love for gardening. He was an avid bicyclist, spending most of his free time long distance cycling. He is survived by his loving girlfriend Kathy Curran, the Curran family and the Nash family. Predeceased family members include his parents Irwin and Helen Komorowski, his brother John Komorowski, and Carol Conroy. The family would like to thank the South Hadley Fire & EMS as well as Baystate Hospice for their outstanding care and service. The funeral home service will be Thursday December 18th at 11 am at the O’Brien Family Funeral Home in South Hadley.
