IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Diane M.
Kirby
February 18, 1967 – April 12, 2025
Miss Diane Kirby left our world on April 12, 2025 with class and admiration. Diane was born on February 18, 1967 in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Diane grew up in South Hadley and lived there most of her life. She was a talented athlete and was on the girl's hockey team. Diane co-hosted the original Studio C Program with Jeff Zomek. As she interviewed all the local musical talents of the Pioneer Valley, on set or on locations. Her love of music prompted her to become a Disc Jockey on WIXY 16 and WACE Gospel on Sundays.
Because of her love of snowmobiling, she built a beautiful home in Vermont on the vast trail where she could walk out her door, jump on her mobile and go for miles. Diane loved animals. She would stop traffic to allow a turtle to cross or pick up a wounded animal on the side of the road and take them to the Vet.
In 1999, Diane founded the Southern New England Spice Company in Hadley servicing restaurants, schools, and interacted with all the people that loved to cook. She sold the business in 2019 to embark on a new career. She opened Amped-Up! Electric Rides selling electric motorcycles and more.
Diane leaves behind her beautiful and precious daughter, Autumn, who was her best friend and were two peas in a pod, as well as her Mom, Dad and brother, Alan and Frank (the son Diane never had). Diane will remain in our Hearts forever.
