Diane Alia Wielgosz, 35, of Wallingford, CT passed away in her home on Monday November 28. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Dawn A. (Archambault) Collazo and Anthony Fernandes of South Hadley. Diane received an Associates Degree in Computer Science and worked as a Customer Care Specialist for Aflac Insurance, where she had recently received an award for her exceptional performance. Diane was a gentle, beautiful spirit whose smile and laughter touched many lives. She was raised in South Hadley and Belchertown and moved to Connecticut where she married Mike Wielgosz. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children going on trips and special outings. She loved horseback riding, the ocean, cats and crocheting. She leaves her daughters Riley, Annabelle, and Kiana, her son Wyatt, her brothers Steven and Eric, her grandmother Florence Fernandes and her niece Natasha and nephew Xavier. She also leaves her dear friends Jennifer and Barbra. All services are private and will be at the convenience of the family.
