Belchertown - Donna Germain, 64, passed away on Monday, September 16, 2024 at Baystate Wing Hospital. Donna was born in Holyoke, daughter of Frank Germain Sr. and the late Alice M. (Roule) Germain.  She grew up in South Hadley and lived her entire life in the Western Mass area. Donna was a Personal Care Assistant by profession and enjoyed her New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox, and attending live music events. The activity she enjoyed most was spending time with her grandchildren. Donna is predeceased by her mother, Alice M. Germain. She leaves behind her son, Dan Chambers and wife Kerri of Greenfield, Her father Frank Germain Sr. and wife Judy of Bradenton, FL, three brothers; Frank Germain Jr. and wife JoAnn of Chicopee, Michael Germain of Springfield, and Kenneth Germain and partner Carrie of Moltonborough, NH, six grandchildren; Dew, Noah and Bella Donna Chambers, AJ Munoz, Kendall DeMelo, and Kodah Mouse, and many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and great friends. A calling hour will be held for Donna on Wednesday, September 25th at O'Brien Family Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St. South Hadley, MA 01075 from 6-7pm. A memorial service will follow at 7 pm. In lieu of Flowers, memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org/donate.
