Gary A. Ensor, Esq., died Friday February 19, 2021 at Holyoke Medical Center. He was born June 13, 1956 in Marion IN; moved to South Hadley at 6 weeks of age, and graduated from South Hadley High School where he pitched for the Tigers. Gary graduated from Assumption College in Worcester with a BS in Psychology where he pitched for the baseball team. He graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego and clerked for the Eastern District of Virginia. Gary was a member of the Massachusetts Bar where he practiced law and was a past President of the Hampshire County Bar Association. He coached D-II Golf at American International College (AIC) from 2007 to 2013 and was a member of the D-II Golf Northeast All-Region and All-America committee. Gary was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church in South Hadley. He was preceded in death by his father Clyde Jackson Ensor. He is survived by his wife Jeannette (St. Jacques) Ensor and his mother Lorraine B. Ensor of South Hadley, his sister Donna L. Ensor of Chesterfield, two sons Kyle James Ensor and his wife Cortney and granddaughter Sinéad of Dracut and Christopher Ross Ensor and his wife Victoria of Oviedo FL, his step-daughter Karen Albano and her husband Matt and grandson Vinny of Agawam. He leaves aunts Effie Hunt, Joann Martin and her husband Bill, in Kentucky; uncle Albert LaBrie and his wife Marilyn, in California; aunts Linda Sigda and her husband Joseph and Bernice Schippa and her husband Joseph, in Massachusetts, and several nieces and nephews.  The walk-through calling hours will be Thursday March 4 ^th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the Curran-O'Brien Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., South Hadley.
