Gerard Drapeau, 91, passed away on February 9, 2021 at home. He was born in Holyoke August 26, 1929 to the late Alfred and Aurore (Fortier) Drapeau. He attended Immaculate Conception School and also Holyoke High School. Gerry was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church. He was predeceased by his parents and eight siblings, Norman, Roger, Donald, Roland and Alfred Drapeau, Marguerite Kranichuck, Anne Dupont and Claire Lariviere. Gerard is survived by his brother Robert and his wife Arlene, two sisters Jeanne Fournier and her husband Ronald and Marie Flynn, two sisters-in-law Beverly Drapeau and Barbara Drapeau and many nieces and nephews. He worked for many years at WestBank where he achieved the position of vice president. He will be missed by family and friends. Family and friends may meet Saturday February 13 ^th at 11:00 am for the funeral Mass at St. Patrick's Church, South Hadley. Burial will be private.
