Hazel E. "Angel" Bourassa, 86, died Tuesday March 5th at home. She was born in Springfield, daughter of the late John and Anne (LaRosa) Lee and lived most of her life in West Springfield. She was well known for selling her crafts locally. Angel loved horseback riding and cooking and was a very spiritual soul. She was predeceased by her daughter Theresa LaCroix. Angel leaves two daughters Elizabeth Amato and Kathleen Bourassa, two sons Dominic and Gari Bourassa, her sister Bobbie Lee and several nieces and nephews. She was a grandmother of 7 and great grandmother of 8, all of whom she loved dearly. A funeral Mass for Angel and her daughter Theresa will be Saturday March 23rd at Sacred Heart Church in Springfield at 11am. Burial will be private. No calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Dominican Nuns, 1430 Riverdale St., West Springfield, MA 01089.
