Jean (Krajewski) Thibault, 84, passed away peacefully at home on Monday October 23rd. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Walter and Jenny (Windoloski) Krajewski, grew up in Holyoke and has lived in Chicopee for 65 years. She was a longtime member of Mater Dolorosa Church and later St. Patrick's Church. Jean was a retired bookkeeper and secretary, working for Winfield Hat Shop and later M. Connie LaPlante Real Estate. Jean enjoyed building puzzles, reading, and taking pictures, particularly capturing family moments and events. She was happiest surrounded by family and friends and was incredibly proud of her grandchildren, who will miss her dearly.  She leaves her loving husband of 63 years, Robert Thibault, a son Jeffrey Thibault (Carol) of South Hadley, three daughters Karen Lafleur (Gerry) of Granby, Sandra Harrington (Thomas) of Granby and Susan Graney (Timothy) of West Springfield and five grandchildren Brad Harrington (Meaghan), Jill Hollenbeck (Shane), Nick Thibault and Jack and Gabe Graney.  Jean is predeceased by her brother, Edward Krajewski, and her two sisters, Anne Lessing and Helen Lavallee. The funeral will be Thursday October 26th at 9:00 am from the O'Brien Family Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., South Hadley, followed by Mass in St. Patrick's Church at 10:00am. Burial in Mater Dolorosa Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday, October 25th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
