Obituary

Jennifer L. Hebert, 39, was taken from this world far too soon, surrounded by her family and loved ones on January 1, 2026 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of Raymond V. Hebert Jr. and Barbra (Blasko) Hebert. Jen was raised in South Hadley, and later moved to Huntington, MA, a home she truly cherished. Jen had a tireless work ethic, working for the United States Postal Service, which was rewarded by recently becoming Postmaster in Worthington, MA. To her friends and family, she was known for her radiant energy, boisterous laughter, and above all, her charitable nature and concern for others. Jen developed a passion for music early in life, making sure she saw her favorite musical acts every chance she had with the people she adored.

Jen was not only a devoted mother to Orion (23), August (7) and Jameson (3), her pride and joys, but also a deeply committed wife to Aaron Dirgo. She always said her family changed her life for the better, and they all felt that in the love and support she provided. Additionally, she leaves behind her Memere, Theresa (Boudreau) Hebert of Chicopee, her Grandmother, Lucille (Ford) Blasko, her mother, Barbra Hebert, her brother, Raymond V. Hebert III, his wife Kelly and two cherished nieces, Everly and Layla, of South Hadley, as well as extended family and countless friends that she considered family as well.

Jen is predeceased by her father, Raymond V Hebert Jr, in 2025 and her Pepere, Raymond V Hebert Sr. in 2008

Her family would like to extend sincere thanks to her Care Team at Baystate Medical Center.

“Such a long, long time to be gone

And a short time to be there”
