Jay Patruno passed away on December 30, 2022 at his home in Belchertown, MA.  He was born in Holyoke, Massachusetts to the late Joseph D. Patruno and Cecelia (Wtadzka) Patruno.  Besides his parents, Jay is predeceased by his daughters Meredith Collins and Sarah Patruno, as well as by his siblings Martina Polverini, Robert Patruno, and Mark Patruno.

Jay is survived by his wife Maryann (Racine) Patruno, his children Jay (Andrea) Patruno, Jason (Sara) Patruno, Derrick (Lisa) Patruno, and Holly (Fred) Sousa and his two sisters Val Patruno of South Hadley and Christina Kirk of South Hadley.

In addition to his wife, children and sisters, Jay also leaves behind many cherished grandchildren who will always remember Jay by the deep love he had for all of them.

A private service will be held for Jay at the convenience of the family.
