Kevin Godek, 62, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Baystate Medical Center. Kevin was born in Holyoke, son of the late Philomene (Bach) and Edward J. Godek Sr. He worked professionally as an insurance agent for the Knight's of Columbus. Kevin was an avid gardener, cribbage player, and was responsible for running Bingo at the Knights of Columbus for over 30 years. Kevin is predeceased by his brother, Edward J. Godek Jr and his daughter Jessica Godek. He leaves behind his wife Roxanne of South Hadley, a son, Ben of South Hadley, a daughter, Abby and partner Tyler of Westfield, a brother, Dennis and wife Theresa Caputo, M.D. of Glastonbury, CT, a sister, Louise Siwy and husband Stanley Jr. of Easthampton, a sister-in-law, Diane Godek of South Hadley, two nieces, one nephew, two great-nephews and one great-niece. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday August 29th from 4-7 pm at the O'Brien Family Funeral Home in South Hadley. Friends and family are invited to meet for a funeral mass on Wednesday August 30th at 11 am at Saint Patrick's Church, 30 Main St. South Hadley, MA 01075.
