Kristen M. Sullivan-Smith, 49, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 2nd, 2023. Kristen was born in Springfield, daughter of Barbara (Delisle) LaRoche and the late John Sullivan. Kristen worked as a medical assistant and was a Leukemia Survivor. She loved spending time with her children, visiting the beach and spending time with her crazy cat, Luna. Kristen is predeceased by her father, and grandfather, Roland Delisle. She leaves behind her husband, Daniel Smith of West Springfield, her mother, Barbara LaRoche and Step- Father Keith of Chicopee, her son, Aidan Smith of Chicopee, 2 daughters, Kaitlin Abbott of Oklahoma and Carly Smith of Chicopee, a sister, Kerri Roy of Texas, a brother, Jay Sullivan of New York, and her grandmother, Edna Delisle of Chicopee. A funeral service will be held for Kristen on Monday, October 9th at 11 am at O'Brien Family Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St. South Hadley, MA 01075.
