Lee Ann Haczynski, 60, died Monday July 8th at her beloved home. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Edward and Marion (McCabe) Haczynski. She was a longtime resident of South Hadley and worked as a Billing Representative for Holyoke Hospital. Lee had a deep love for dogs, Cape Cod and cooking. She leaves two daughters, Madison Bull and her husband Nicholas of Agawam and Samantha Edge of Wilbraham. She leaves four siblings, John Haczynski of South Hadley who she cared for as a loving sister and friend, Thomas Haczynski and his wife Gail of Leander, TX, David Haczynski and his three sons (Chris, Kevin and Nick) of South Hadley and Mary Rousseau and her husband Maurice of South Hadley. Lee "Babci" leaves her granddaughter, Chloe Bull who was her heart and soul, her niece Amy Rousseau Gardner and family, her dedicated companion Mitch Brouillard, her best friend Karen Genetelli who she shared an incredible friendship with and her beloved dog, Sheldon. She was predeceased by her sister Jane Haczynski. The calling hours will be Friday July 12th from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the O'Brien Family Funeral Home. Her immediate family has decided on a private celebration of life. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
