Lucille remarried and blended families 10 years later with Donald, whom she met in Parents without Partners.  Lucille's retirement years were spent with Don, as snowbirds migrating from Florida to New Hampshire.  In addition to frequent family gatherings, Don and Lucille enjoyed spending time friends, reading, learning, the arts, traveling and sailing.  Lucille and Don were advocates of the right to die and self-determination at end of life movements. Lucille and Don moved to Loomis Village in 2003, and embraced a new community of friends, keeping the old. Lucille moved to Linda Manor Extended Care Facility in 2017 and to her last, lit up the place with her laugh, her ready smile, and her sweet soprano. The family would like to thank the staffs at Loomis Village and Linda Manor for their excellent and loving care of Lucille.
