Marion J. (Beaupre) Rivers, 92, died Saturday at Mary's Meadow in Holyoke. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Harry and Louise (Manning) Beaupre. She worked as a telephone operator for Mt. Holyoke College. Marion leaves her children William R. Rivers of Chicopee, Joyce L. Roberts and her husband Steven of South Hadley and Mark H. Rivers and his wife Theresa of Shutesbury, grandchildren Eric Rivers, Rene Rivers, William F. Rivers and his wife Jane, Bryan Rivers, Patrick Rivers, Christopher Roberts and his wife Lori, Bethany Roberts, Kevin Roberts, Mark E. Rivers and Marie Rivers, great grandchildren Liam, Cate and Ireland Rivers and Tanner and Tyler Roberts and her niece Shelia Scherlin and her husband Steven. She was predeceased by her son John D. Rivers and her sister Vivian Hourihan. The funeral and burial in Notre Dame Cemetery will be private.
