Norman E. Aubrey, 93, died Wednesday February 17 ^th at Mary's Meadow in Holyoke. He was born in Stamford, CT, son of the late Gwilym and Marion (Prior) Aubrey. Norm graduated from Yale University with the following; B.S. in 1950, M.S. in 1952 and Ph.D in 1954. He also attended Oxford University. He was a member of Alpha Chi Sigma Chemistry Honor Society and was employed as a chemist for Monsanto from 1953 to 1988. He was a veteran. He married Barbara Higgins in 1965 and lived in West Springfield before moving to South Hadley in 1967. He was predeceased by his wife Barbara and two children Faith Margaret and Ann Aubrey. Norm was a deacon at All Saints Episcopal Church in South Hadley. In keeping with his wishes there will be no public service and his ashes will be buried in the St. Andrew's and St. John Episcopal Church Cemetery in Southwest Harbor, Maine.
