Patricia (Tebaldi) O'Shaughnessy, 84, died Friday in a local nursing home. She was born in Springfield and was the daughter of the late Sylvio and Lydia Tebaldi. She lived most of life in Springfield and worked in retail sales for Steigers . Patricia was predeceased by her husband William F. O'Shaughnessy. She leaves her brother Donald Tebaldi of Ludlow, her sister Carol Lagasse of Alexandria, VA and her step-father Peter Consolini of East Longmeadow. The committal service will be Wednesday May 25 th at 2:00 pm at the Massachusetts Veteran's Cemetery in Agawam. O'Brien Family Funeral Home in South Hadley has been entrusted with the arrangements.
