Pierrette Monique Rodrigue (Morisette), age 78, of South Hadley, MA went home on "Good Friday" April 10th, 2020. Pierrette was born in Saint George De Beauce, Quebec on September 9, 1941. Pierrette was married on October 9th, 1961 to Yvon Rodrigue for 57 years. Pierrette's children Robert, Maureen Quirin & Nancy Sexton will truly miss her. Pierrette was a devoted wife, a woman of faith, one who made attending church a priority, along with always giving to the less fortunate…there wasn't a charity that she didn't support. She enjoyed cooking and knitting. We'll always remember her self-sacrificing heart and being a loving mother & grandmother. She worked 23 years and retired with Ampad Company. She adored her grandchildren: Stephanie, Michael, Matthew, Jonathan, Nicole, Melissa, Kala, Alys, Treh, & Jena along with her great grandchildren: Emma, Lily, London & Tyson & Arthur. She leaves her siblings, Evangeline, Andre, Jules, Emil and Marcel. She is predeceased by her parents Hector & Appoline (Therrien) Morissette and husband Yvon Rodrigue, her sisters: Bibian and Jacquelyn, and brother, Paul. Due to the current health situation, friends and family members are welcome to visit Notre Dame Cemetery where she'll rest beside her loving husband.
