Rosemary Lane, 70, of School Street, passed away April 3rd at Cooley Dickinson Hospital after an illness. Born in Holyoke to Norman and Mary Lane, Rose attended South Hadley schools before working at Sunoco Paper in Holyoke and later becoming manager of the Franco Club in Holyoke. Rose was predeceased by her parents and two brothers Jeffrey and John. She is survived by her sister-in-law Cheryl Lane, three nephews Justin, Jeffrey and Brandon and her dog Odie, who is being cared for by her beloved friend Chris Grzelak and many loving cousins and friends. Rose enjoyed riding her motorcycle, vacationing with family and friends and taking Odie to the park and out for ice cream. She was a devoted friend to many and will be missed by all! Her funeral will be Wednesday April 15 at 10:30 am at the O’Brien Family Funeral Home, 33 Lamb St., South Hadley followed by burial in St. Rose Cemetery.
