Thomas E. Brouillette, 67, died Sunday in Holyoke Medical Center. He was born in Holyoke, son of Leonard and Flora Brouillette. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War, receiving the Purple Heart. He leaves his son Jacob Brouillette of South Hadley, his daughter Lennie Harper of CA, brother Leonard Brouillette of Holyoke, sister Judy Wills of Holyoke, three grandchildren Dynischa Mason, Richard Rodriguez and Triston Rodriguez and two great grandchildren Emma and Brantley Mason. He was predeceased by his brother Charles Chotain. The committal service with Military Honors will be Friday at 3 pm at the Massachusetts Veteran's Memorial Cemetery. No calling hours.
